"University is a multidimensional system. We work, on the one hand, as a corporation that generates income and manages a complex infrastructure, and on the other, as an educational and scientific center. This requires building an internal culture and ethics, creating an effective system of internal and external communications, and using the principles of mediation. This is the only way to create a favorable climate inside the university for the joint activities of a student, a teacher and a scientist", — noted the rector of SFEDU Inna Shevchenko.
